You don't need to be present for the entire service — just make sure we have access to your vehicle and keys beforehand. We do ask that you're available for a final walkthrough once the detail is complete so we can walk you through everything together.

Yes — we arrive fully equipped with all professional-grade products and tools needed to complete your service. The only thing we require on your end is access to a water spigot and a standard electrical outlet.

No worries — weather happens. If rain interferes with your appointment, we'll reschedule you as soon as possible at a time that works best for you.

We accept cash and Zelle. Payment is collected upon completion of the service.

There's no strict minimum, but we can't guarantee availability on very short notice. For same-day or next-day requests, reach out directly by text. When booking through the website form, we'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours.

Both packages include a thorough hand wash and protection, but our Premium Exterior Detail takes it further with a mechanical clay bar decontamination to remove bonded contaminants, plus a hand-applied ceramic sealant that provides several months of deep hydrophobic protection. Detailing will not remove scratches — that requires paint correction, which is a separate process we don't currently offer. What we can do is make your paint look as clean, protected, and glossy as possible within its current condition.

Yes! We detail all vehicle types — sedans, coupes, SUVs, trucks, and vans. Pricing is based on vehicle size, so you'll always get an accurate quote for your specific car.

It really comes down to how much you care about your car and how often you drive it. For most vehicles, we recommend at least 2 premium services per year plus 2 maintenance details — a total of 4 per year. For daily drivers or anyone who wants to preserve their car's condition and value more actively, we suggest up to 6 services per year. Our Signature Shine – Total Detail is the best value when you're due for both interior and exterior care at the same time.
